Job Description
IBM Digital Content Marketing Manager, Middle East and Africa
IBM is seeking a content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content to expand digital engagement. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The Digital Content Marketing Manager will position IBM value propositions to targeted buyer and influencer groups through compelling storylines that are built into assets and delivered throughout communications and in social and digital media.
Responsibilities:
Create content to drive engagement and develop value positions, messaging, and storylines for the IBM
Define, refresh and localize market leading messages that are clear, crisp and focus on differentiation
Create input (messages, storylines, etc) for asset development
Collaborate with Campaign Managers to create and execute plans to activate conversations
Package and manage content for new buyers and influencer initiatives for social media and digital channels
Provide regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
Gauge the effectiveness of content and modifying content strategy based on this data
Skills:
BA/BS degree
Past experience producing content for the web including developing compelling narrative along the stages of the buying journey
Knowledge of cohort needs and behavior
Developing content strategies and blueprints
Managing editorial process and performance
Experience with web, social, and digital analytics
Journalistic Writing & Editing Style
Developing Messaging Plan & Proof Points
Knowledge of Digital Channels
Perfect command of English and Arabic languages
Self driven and team player
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Excellent arabic/english writing skills
Creative
Previous experience in a related field
Good industry knowledge
