Digital Asset Program Manager

Watts Water is looking for an innovative Digital Asset Program Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing our global DAM (digital asset management) system, process, and assets. This includes facilitating the addition of new features and asset collection with stakeholders across the company while developing the standards and processes to enable Customers, Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partners to realize value with our digital assets.

This individual is also responsible for obtaining, processing, uploading, cataloging, delivering, and archiving digital assets data including product images and documentation files.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Developing and executing globally DAM strategies and projects aligned to key business initiatives such as new website launches and global system migrations. (30%)
Working with global web, data, campaign and creative teams to develop and ensure proper asset management processes are complete for marketing projects and product launches. (25%)
Primary liaison with photo studios with regard to image names, new photography, and archiving (15%)
Fulfilling internal and external asset requests (10%)Executing maintenance activity on the DAM system (10%)
Photographing select products and processing raw images using Adobe Photoshop as needed (5%)
Keeping informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations (5%)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related field

MANAGEMENT:

Occasional management of outside vendors

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum 3 years' experience in managing DAM programs
Demonstrated experience with enterprise DAM systems such as Digizuite
Experience with Adobe Photoshop
Photography experience
Demonstrated experience with vendor coordination
