SUMMARY

Responsible for leading overall strategy, implementation and workflow of the Media Asset Management (MAM) system for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. Additional responsibilities include assigning appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights and creating the tagging structure to intuitively organize images and regularly communicate out to team members with updates to the tagging system or maintenance.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Act as primary liaison between Creative and various content creators with regard to image names, new photography and archiving
Manage and constantly monitor Media Asset Management system to review assets are correctly categorized and comply with general corporate marketing standards
Register internal and external users to the Media Asset Management system based on permissions
Update and maintain fresh content in the MAM system while proactively recommending best and innovative assets to integrate
Facilitate retrieval of previously cataloged images/shoots
Process raw images using the appropriate software
Generate asset download reports
Maintain accurate procedures and records for the system and works with Broadcast and IT departments to integrate MAM into photography and videography workflow
Keep informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends, innovations, and best practices
Responsible for user support of the platform by answering user questions, troubleshooting, and resolving for standard user issues


ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Thrives in environments in need of evolution of structure and process
Excellent problem solving skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline
3-5 years in Digital Asset Management preferred
Agency experience a plus
BS/BA/AA preferred
Experience with CatDV Media Asset Management (MAM) or similar preferred
