Creative Project Manager

Arctic Wolf is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Creative Project Manager to translate corporate creative and copy needs into manageable projects ready for tactical execution through the creative project request system. As part of the Corporate Marketing team, this administrative role will be responsible for meeting with internal stakeholders to understand creative needs, reviewing and assigning incoming requests, communicating team capacity, and tracking and reporting on KPIs quarterly.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and forecast which resources are necessary to complete complex creative requests on deadline across a variety of functional teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and assign incoming creative project requests for the Corporate Marketing team
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between internal requesters and creative resources, including graphic designers, writers, editors, and agencies, for new and upcoming projects
  • Serve as system administrator and super user for web-based creative task management tool, providing training to new users
  • Manage allocation of creative resources against requests to drive timely completion against SLAs and maintain designer/writer/editor workload balance
  • Define and document creative processes, and communicate process updates to internal stakeholders and agencies
  • Define tagging/upload protocol strategy to relating to completed or updated digital assets to increase searchability
  • Research and recommend strategic technology investments associated with creative content management (digital asset management (DAM), workflow tools, technical trainings, etc.)
  • Serve as project manager for the research and implementation of technology solutions to increase efficiencies within the creative process, including digital asset management systems (Widen, WebDam…), creative task management systems (WorkStream, EasyProjects…), and other creative project management tools.
  • Review and define workflows associated with project/task submissions, secure file transfers between internal team and agencies, and stakeholders/reviewers by project type
  • Establish metrics for tracking project volume in queue and regularly communicating spikes in volume to internal stakeholders
  • Manage integration of creative assets into future corporate content management system
  • Deliver weekly and quarterly reports on progress against SLAs, priority creative initiatives, and other data
  • Deliver against individual and team goals in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Special projects as assigned by Corporate Marketing leadership

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, Human Resources, Business, Project Management or related field
  • Experience evaluating and administering creative project management or quoting/forecasting tools, establishing and implementing processes for creative teams, and defining and tracking metrics around creative deliverables
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A knack for problem-solving, a penchant for delighting internal and external customers, and an enthusiastic howler
