You will be responsible for, working across teams to plan and co-ordinate and support our brand to ensure consistency of approach. As Brand Guardian you will need to deploy the right combination of discipline and creativity that keeps the Bank and its sub-brand identities strong and healthy.
You will work with the Senior Manager, Brand and Marketing to embed the Bank (and its sub-brands) identity to ensure that it truly connects across all our stakeholders, internally and externally.
You will ensure all marketing collateral, channels and communications are on brand, consistent, and employ best practice. Take responsibility for sign off on brand compliance across all brand aspects (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, photography etc) through our Campaign Management Framework and Digital Asset Management system
You will also be responsible for owning and creating brand workflows within the Digital Asset Management system to ensure brand compliance across all teams, and continue to develop the expression of the brand visual identity and own the brand guidelines – working in conjunction with our inhouse designers and external agencies as appropriate
You will have a strong understanding of current brand concepts, strategies and best practice, with experience of best-in-class marketing.
You will have a strong creative eye and flair (across media and channels) – design and attention to detail, with excellent grammar for proof reading and correction.
Experience in managing agencies and knowing how to get the best from them, would be highly beneficial.
You will have exceptional project management skills, strong teamwork, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
